We help small businesses and entrepreneurs increase their online visibility through digital strategies and engaging visual content. We are looking for a **Commercial Prospecting Advisor** with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills to generate new potential clients through **personalized email outreach and cold calling**. The main objective is to identify business opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. **Responsibilities** * Send personalized emails introducing the agency's services (Landing Pages, Web Design, Animated Videos). * Make cold calls to previously segmented companies and entrepreneurs. * Qualify prospects based on interest, budget, and purchase timeline. * Record information and follow-up activities in the CRM (HubSpot). * Prepare a brief weekly results report. **Requirements** * Minimum of **6 months of experience in phone sales, customer service, or lead generation**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM). * Strong results orientation and organizational ability. * (Desirable) Basic or intermediate English proficiency. **Conditions** * **Contract type:** Service agreement (1-month trial period with possibility of renewal). * **Work mode:** Remote or hybrid (based in Cali, Valle del Cauca). * **Bonus:** COP **$10\.000 – $15\.000 per qualified lead** or commission per scheduled appointment. * **Additional bonus:** For exceeding monthly targets. **Schedule** Monday to Friday (part-time).
