




Main responsibilities: Participate in the security incident lifecycle management for the assigned project. Analyze and close alerts according to departmental guidelines. Prepare security reports, audits, and controls for the assigned project. Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and action plans. Operate network auditing and access verification (testing) tools, server and vulnerability management tools (Vulnerability Management), hardening tools, and endpoint device management tools (MFP). Minimum education: University degree / Professional program / Technical program in Systems or related fields. Requirements: Minimum two (2) years of experience in cybersecurity-related or technical support areas. A valid motorcycle license (Class A2) is mandatory; Class B1 license is desirable. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work ability. Knowledge of Sensitive Data Traffic (LDAP/AD) and Hardening. Working hours: The regular support shift runs from Monday to Saturday, covering seven (7) hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this period, the entire volume of tickets (incidents and requests) will be managed. On-Call Availability and Compensation: Staff must maintain a rotating on-call schedule exclusively for handling HIGH-PRIORITY critical incidents between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
