Address topics that directly impact their strengthening according to their identified needs, and monitor their progress in the activities assigned within the Integrated Service Experience Pathway to ensure sustainable business growth, delivering a warm, trustworthy, and entrepreneur-centered experience while contributing key inputs for continuous improvement of the experience model. Provide comprehensive guidance and support to entrepreneurs and business owners of the CCC, explaining the Integrated Service Experience Pathway, addressing inquiries, and accompanying them in diagnosing their needs through the DUE. Deliver business advisory services via authorized channels; monitor the service pathway and entrepreneurs’ progress; analyze data to identify improvement opportunities; consolidate statistical data; participate in continuous improvement initiatives and service-oriented culture development; prepare reports; implement the PHVA cycle; perform administrative tasks in institutional systems; and carry out any other assigned functions to achieve departmental objectives. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Professional degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Pedagogical communication skills. * Service orientation. * Basic English proficiency. * 2 years of experience. * 1 year in similar positions. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
