Motorized Support Technician - Experience with POS Systems

Job Summary: A leading technology services company is seeking a Motorized Support Technician to perform diagnosis, preventive, and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals. A prominent technology services company, specialized in technical support, is currently seeking a Motorized Support Technician with the following requirements: * Graduated Technician or Technologist in Systems, Electronics, Networks, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience in technical support services, preferably for computer equipment and peripherals. * Knowledge of peripheral devices such as scanners, RACs, scales, price verifiers, and POS systems; proficiency in basic Linux commands; installation of Windows and Linux operating systems; configuration and management of PDAs; installation of equipment within domains; calibration of Zebra, Magellan, Mettler Toledo, and 3nstar devices; preventive, predictive, and corrective diagnosis and maintenance of computer equipment; printer repair and maintenance; knowledge of operating systems and backup execution; preparation of computer equipment; configuration and installation of new applications; knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 system migrations; and preparation of required management reports for each client. POS SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + $350,000 (mobility allowance) + $38,000 (telephone allowance) + $249,095 (transportation allowance) + performance bonus + overtime pay, surcharges, and all statutory benefits. Work Location: CALI and neighboring municipalities. Contract Type: Project-based or Labor Contract. Work Modality: On-site Schedule: AVAILABILITY FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). MANDATORY: Must have a personal vehicle with up-to-date documentation.
