We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Cali — someone strategic, client-focused, and business-minded, capable of driving Dropi’s growth through strong relationships and high-impact portfolios. What will you do at Dropi? You will manage an e-commerce sector client portfolio, building long-lasting and trust-based relationships. You will develop customized strategies for each portfolio, focused on increasing revenue at Dropi. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project and goal delivery. You will identify growth opportunities, proposing innovative and creative solutions. Your superpowers: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
