Material Commitment: Ensure materials and quantities are committed via generation of IT and ST/OT documents, delivered to the Plastics Plant warehouse on the specified date, time, and quantity, adhering strictly to procedures outlined in specification CO-20-01-D. Collaborate with the Wet Cell Materials Handler to verify required quantities based on Heijunka and kanban analyses for the area. 5. Material Preparation: Ensure appropriate preparation of materials on temporary storage carts and plastic pallets, complying with quality and safety standards; and ensure proper material delivery to production lines—guaranteeing correct placement of materials onto temporary storage carts and plastic pallets at production lines, confirming alignment with the production schedule, quality standards, EHS requirements, and strict adherence to kanbans and defined procedures. 6. Shift Handover: Personally conduct shift handovers, reporting all incidents and events that occurred during the previous shift without omitting details; ensure accurate communication regarding material inventory levels and availability; and guarantee correct material identification per procedures outlined in specification CO-20-01-D. 7. Ensure 99% reliability in the Kardex for codes controlled per plastic cell, achieved through proper material receipt, appropriate partial packaging, and accurate material identification. 8. Ensure correct handling and placement of solvents used in the process through daily station inspections, proper identification of solvents, and verification that no spills occur, complying with procedures outlined in specification CO-60-01-A. This activity occurs Monday through Wednesday. 9.
