Opportunity to optimize operational and clinical costs. **A**t Gencell Pharma, we are seeking a Cost Analyst. **Job Objective** Analyze and optimize operational, clinical, and administrative costs, supporting strategic decision-making and the organization’s financial sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * **Control and Analysis:** You will evaluate operational costs of healthcare services (hospitalization, laboratory, and outpatient consultations). * **Variance Management:** You will prepare comparative reports to identify and correct financial leaks. * **Financial Modeling:** You will design cost models per functional unit to ensure operational sustainability. * **Strategic Support:** You will be a key player in decision-making based on service profitability. **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * 2+ years of experience in cost analysis (healthcare sector preferred). * Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency (SAP, SIIGO, etc.). * Preferred: specialization in Finance or Cost Management. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Ethics and confidentiality **We Offer:** * Contract type: Indefinite-term. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours/week. * Work modality: 100% on-site. * Salary: To be agreed upon.
