




Position purpose: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of service in the assigned restaurant or sales point, guaranteeing excellent customer service, compliance with quality standards, proper presentation of dishes and beverages, and effective teamwork among service staff. Main responsibilities: Supervise the activities of waitstaff during service, ensuring proper customer attention. Distribute and assign tables and service duties according to daily occupancy and scheduled events. Ensure the correct setup of the dining area, table arrangements, tableware, and utensils before and during service. Assist in service during peak hours, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Receive and resolve customer complaints or suggestions, reporting critical situations to the immediate supervisor. Verify compliance with service protocols, hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery. Train and guide the team in service techniques, customer service, and establishment standards. Perform shift closing procedures, sales tracking, tip management, basic inventory checks, and incident reporting. Support special events (banquets, meetings, themed dinners, etc.) by ensuring fulfillment of customer requirements. Job type: Full-time
