




Job Summary: We are seeking a Meat Assistant to serve customers, perform meat cutting and portioning, and ensure quality and hygiene at the point of sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist and advise customers on meat cuts and products. 2. Perform meat cutting and portioning according to specifications. 3. Maintain the work area and equipment clean and disinfected. We seek a Meat Assistant to support customer service at the point of sale by cutting and portioning meats according to customer requirements, ensuring quality, hygiene, and an excellent shopping experience. Main Responsibilities: Assist and advise customers on various meat cuts and available products. Cut and portion beef and pork according to customer specifications. Operate tools and equipment such as saws and slicers for meat processing. Verify product weight, coding, and quality before delivery. Stock, organize, and rotate products in refrigerators and shelves. Check expiration dates and product conditions in storage and display areas. Assist with goods receipt and inventory control. Maintain the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and disinfected. Comply with food hygiene and handling protocols. Requirements High school diploma or technical training in meat-related fields or related areas. Minimum 1 year of experience in meat cutting and handling. Knowledge of food handling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficiency in using manual tools and cutting equipment. Basic knowledge of weights and measurements.
