




Job Summary: We are seeking a SENA Apprentice in Administrative Management or Human Resources to support administrative processes in the Human Resources area, with emphasis on tracking medical leave cases. Reconcile information with EPS (Health Promotion Entities) We are looking for a SENA Technical or Technological Apprentice in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or related administrative fields, who is authorized to begin their productive stage under an apprenticeship contract. The apprentice will support administrative processes in the Human Resources area, particularly in tracking and managing medical leave cases and reconciling information with EPS (Health Promotion Entities). Responsibilities Check email and download medical leave documents. Validate information and enter medical leave cases into the daily tracking system. Register and file documents in the corresponding folders. Submit FURAT forms and manage communications with EPS (Health Promotion Entities). Follow up on pending or exceptional medical leave cases. Reconcile medical leave records between SIESA and internal tracking systems. Request outstanding supporting documents for medical leave cases from projects. Requirements Be authorized by SENA to begin the productive stage. Technical or technological education in Administrative Management, Human Resources, or administrative-related fields.
