Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive technician or technologist with excellent appearance and communication skills to work as a Collections Advisor, performing portfolio recovery and normalization. We are looking for a technician or technologist who is proactive and service-oriented, with excellent personal presentation and strong oral and written communication skills to work as COLLECTIONS ADVISORS. - Minimum 1 year of experience in collections. - Key Responsibilities: - Portfolio recovery and normalization through telephone and digital management. - Proficiency in office software tools and strong spelling skills are mandatory. - Initial fixed-term contract for three (3) months.
