Opportunity to apply knowledge of logistics systems We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant. Job Objective Coordinate and assign dispatches, transportation, and cargo distribution according to the company's scheduling, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Support tracking of vehicle documentation expiration dates (SOAT, technical-mechanical inspection, driver's license) for both company-owned and third-party drivers. Plan deliveries and coordinate drivers and vehicles at required locations. Verify cargo weight and establish dispatch priority. Ensure timely delivery of materials and other items. Carry out activities to guarantee delivery of PPE. Track transportation execution in SAP or Mobility 2.0, reporting on compliance or non-compliance. Ensure that records of completed trips (weights and freight settlements) are posted in SAP or Mobility 2.0. Adjust freight charges in the system according to approval by the Transportation Department. Support preparation of the scheduling template and ensure all required information is accurately completed. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or company executives. Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological programs in Logistics or related fields. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Knowledge and use of logistics systems or software. Minimum 12 months of experience handling logistics and transportation processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM. Salary: $1816386, mobility allowance $246732, statutory benefits.
