In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing logistics and operational processes to ensure company efficiency and performance. Your experience in Process Engineering will be crucial to identify improvement areas and develop strategies to maximize productivity. Your responsibilities will include direct supervision of logistics and operations teams, inventory management, transportation coordination, and distribution route optimization. You will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth processes and on-time delivery. We seek a professional with an analytical mindset and leadership skills to direct and motivate teams. Prior experience in an industrial or automotive environment is a plus. You must demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to make strategic decisions based on data and process analysis. Ensure proper delivery of maintenance, repair, and post-sales services for electric vehicles, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, service quality, on-time delivery, and continuous process improvement.Operational Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electric vehicles 2. Assign tasks to technical staff according to priorities 3. Verify technical diagnoses and solutions 4. Monitor vehicle delivery timelines Customer Service: 1. Handle requests, complaints, and claims 2. Guarantee a satisfactory service experience 3. Follow up with customers after service (post-sales) Administrative Responsibilities: 1. Prepare management reports (service indicators, timelines, satisfaction) 2. Manage work orders and billing 3. Handle warranties and technical claims Logistics: 1. Coordinate availability of spare parts and supplies 2. Monitor basic inventory of the service area Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Customer satisfaction level 2. Average delivery time 3. Number of reworks 4. Scheduled maintenance compliance rate 5. Technical team efficiency Responsibilities: 1. Service quality 2.
