Administraciones GJ seeks a Technical Operations Coordinator with an operational and field-oriented focus, tasked with supervising and supporting the operation of electromechanical systems in horizontal properties. The position requires knowledge of motorized pumps, pressure systems, fire protection networks, electrical plants, and basic electricity, as well as administrative skills and report writing abilities. Main Responsibilities: Technical supervision in buildings and horizontal properties. Monitoring of maintenance, repairs, and technical incidents. Coordination of emergency responses and supervision of contractors. Preparation of reports and operational control. Support to property administrators and service directors. Required Profile: Technical or technological graduate, or engineering student in a related field. Experience in maintenance of electromechanical equipment. Experience in horizontal property management is desirable. Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools.
