




Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Lathe and Milling Machine Operator Mechanic to manufacture, repair, and adjust high-precision mechanical parts for the automotive and heavy cargo transportation sectors. Opportunity to visit clients for technical advisory A company specializing in providing comprehensive solutions, maintenance, repair, and reconditioning of components for the automotive and heavy cargo transportation sectors is looking to incorporate a highly competent Lathe and Milling Machine Operator Mechanic into its production team. The primary objective of this position is to manufacture, repair, recondition, and adjust mechanical parts, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications for industrial components and heavy-duty vehicle parts, as well as intervening in hydraulic systems and performing driveshaft assembly. Requirements to Apply Education: Technical degree in Lathe and Milling Machine Operation, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Production, or related fields. Total Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable global experience in metalworking or specialized workshops. Key Technical Knowledge Machining Processes: Turning, facing, internal/external threading, knurling, and grooving. Milling: Plain milling, basic and precision gears, along with dimensional adjustments. Metrology: Expert handling of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. Technical Interpretation: Analytical reading of mechanical drawings (tolerances, scales, surface finishes, and symbology). Hydraulic Components: Rebuilding bodies for hydraulic jacks, power take-offs, pumps, and telescopic or pneumatic cylinders. Main Responsibilities Manufacture and restore mechanical parts according to drawings, physical samples, or technical specifications using lathes and milling machines. Assemble and rebuild driveshafts, and install hydraulic systems for dump trucks. Ensure parts strictly comply with required dimensions, surface finishes, and tolerances. Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned machines and optimize material usage. Conduct inventory of assigned tools and heavy vehicles entering the workshop together with the commercial department. Operate the company's forklift when moving heavy parts requires it. Strictly comply with industrial safety regulations and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Desired Skills Millimeter-level precision, meticulousness, order, and organization. High concentration and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal communication (will occasionally visit clients to provide technical advisory). Contractual Conditions Base Salary: $2,800,000 + Statutory Social Benefits. Non-Salary Incentive: Bonus for meeting workshop service budget targets. Contract Type: Indefinite-Term Contract (directly with the company). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Overtime is generally not required.
