We aim to showcase Colombia’s hardworking, motivated, and bilingual workforce. **Responsibilities:** * Support in managing, processing, and monitoring infrastructure and suppliers, including tasks related to procurement, administrative procedures, or external company requirements. * Inventory management and supplier documentation. * Receiving orders and attending to suppliers during deliveries. * Supporting the search for new suppliers and purchasing activities. * Organizing and archiving documents. * Creating presentations and internal communication materials. * Supporting the planning, organization, and logistics of campaigns and extracurricular activities. * Supporting other administrative functions as requested by Management. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or similar roles. * Intermediate proficiency with tools such as Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * High attention to detail. **Desirable Qualities:** * Positive attitude and ability to express oneself clearly, both verbally and in writing. * Proactivity and a learning mindset. * Seriousness and responsibility. * Initiative and creativity to propose improvements. **Benefits:** * Paid training provided. * No weekend work. * 40-hour workweek. * Indefinite-term contract with all statutory benefits.
