At **Celerity Fiber** we are looking for a **Network and Telecommunications Engineer** with experience in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of HFC and FTTX networks. The candidate must have an advanced level of English enabling effective communication with international teams and suppliers. **Responsibilities:** * Configure, deploy, and maintain telecommunications networks on HFC and FTTX infrastructure. * Operate and administer vendor platforms such as Cisco, Fortinet, TP\-Link, Ubiquiti, and Cambium. * Deploy, manage, and maintain CCTV/VSS systems. * Deploy, manage, and maintain Facilities infrastructure in Datacenters and IT rooms. * Use corporate CRM for customer management, tracking, and traceability. * Implement, administer, and provide support for IP Telephony platforms (VoIP). * Integrate APIs between CRM, controllers, and NMS systems (REST/JSON, webhooks, OAuth2\) to automate operational flows and processes. * Administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune, applying security and compliance policies. * Provide personalized service to premium clients and manage IoT devices (onboarding, monitoring, incident escalation). * Ensure compliance with SGSI/SGPI regulations (ISO 27001/27002 and ISO 27701\), including audits, controls, and risk management. * Participate in scheduled maintenance, change plans, and handling of operational incidents. * Prepare and keep updated technical documentation and KPI reports. **Requirements:** * Professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems, or Electronics. * Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level (reading, writing, and technical conversation). **Desirable Certifications:** * CCNA * CCNP * Fortinet NSE4\+ * FOA CFOT * ITIL v4\. **Conditions:** * **Location:** Cali, on-site mode. * **Contract type:** Indefinite term. * **Salary:** Competitive, according to experience.
