




1 Identify, manage, and monitor risks at the facilities of each assigned client, providing continuous security advisory services. 2 Develop strategies, action plans, and security protocols focused on risk mitigation. 3 Train and provide feedback to personnel according to identified risks, client policies, and Company policies. 4 Respond to emergency situations or incidents arising during service delivery in accordance with Security protocols. 5 Ensure and monitor customer satisfaction regarding the services provided, applying current legal regulations and procedures established by the organization. 6 Comply with requirements stipulated in the SIG and G4S Way applicable to this position. 7 Generate timely reports and summaries on service management and delivery for both the client and G4S.
