Ensure compliance with applicable local and international regulations and standards (GMP, WHO Technical Report 32, Resolution 1160 of 2016, Resolution 4002 of 2007, Decree 4725 of 2005, and applicable ISO standards). 2\. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local procedures, the quality manual, and all those related to the storage, handling, and distribution operations of imported products marketed by Baxter. 3\. Ensure compliance in technical receipt, sample inspection when applicable, first code inspection, and release in the JD Edwards and WMS systems (when applicable) of imported products, including biomedical equipment, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. 4\. Ensure proper coordination with the 3PL in managing non-conforming products, returns, Hold, recall, discard, conditioning, storage, and other related processes. 5\. Support internal and external audits in the quality assurance area of distribution centers. 6\. Support proper Hold management in Baxter's distribution centers in Colombia. 7\. Participate in warehouse control zones, GEMBAS, monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators specific to the area. 8\. In the absence of the QA Supervisor / Technical Director, the QA Analyst is delegated responsibility before regulatory authorities for imported medical devices handled in warehouses operated by 3PLs (Logistics operators Salomia and Cortijo in Cali, and Open in Bogotá), where receiving, storage, conditioning, release, and distribution processes are performed. 9\. In the absence of the Senior Quality Analyst / Technical Director, the QA Analyst is delegated responsibility before regulatory authorities for imported biomedical equipment managed in the warehouse operated by the 3PL (Cortijo in Cali), where receiving, storage, conditioning, release, and distribution processes are carried out. **What you will bring to Baxter:** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in Quality Systems and local and international regulations (e.g., GMP, WHO Technical Report 32, CCAA). * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Office suite and Power BI (desirable) \#careersatbaxter \#IND\-LATOPS **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
