Job Summary: A leading textile company seeks a Cutting and Spreading Operator for home linens, requiring agility, responsibility, and attention to detail in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lay out large-format fabrics for bed sheets, curtains, and covers. 2. Perform precise cutting according to technical specifications. 3. Sort cut pieces and organize fabric scraps. Job Responsibilities Spreading: Lay out large-format fabrics (cotton and polyester) for bed sheets, curtains, and covers. Cutting: Perform precise cuts following technical specifications and operate vertical cutting machines safely. Organization: Report inconsistencies, sort cut pieces by reference number, and organize fabric scraps. Logistical Support: Willingness to perform material loading/unloading tasks and handle fabric rolls. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in spreading/laying out or supporting cutting operations. Knowledge: Familiarity with textiles (cotton/polyester). Experience operating vertical cutting machines is a plus (not mandatory). Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, high manual dexterity, and punctuality. Working Conditions and Benefits Work Schedule: * Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch break). Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Compensation: Current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLV). All statutory benefits.
