Civil engineering company dedicated to the construction of public and private projects, is seeking for its work team an Architect to fill the position of Site Resident in the city of Cali. REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must certify a minimum of 2 years of experience as CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, SITE RESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION RESIDENT, or CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION DIRECTOR; attaching certifications from contracts related to BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND/OR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION, whose total intervened square meters sum up to more than 1\.134 square meters, corresponding to the estimated area to be intervened, with at least one certification proving an area equal to or greater than 567 square meters. Areas from urban development projects will not be considered; therefore, it must be clearly stated in the certifications that the area corresponds exclusively to the intervention of the building's covered area, understood as the covered horizontal projection area multiplied by the number of levels and/or floors that make up the building.
