Job Summary: We are seeking passionate and motivated interns to join our LOGISTICS team, gaining practical experience and developing occupational skills. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for passionate and motivated interns to join our LOGISTICS team at Foundever. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop occupational skills. The responsibilities will include the following: Warehousing Area Prepare technology equipment kits (CPU, keyboards, monitors, cables, headsets, webcams, YubiKeys, etc.) for remote work shipments. Prepare equipment for dispatch, including cleaning, condition verification, appropriate packaging, and item protection. Record video evidence of the packaging process as operational support. Label and dispatch boxes to the corresponding logistics provider. Receive equipment returned by providers due to resignations, role changes, or terminations, physically validating items against provided lists. Unpack, inspect equipment conditions, and report any identified damage. Support issuance of release documentation once asset return has been validated. Thoroughly clean all equipment received in the warehouse. Assist in warehouse organization, ensuring proper use of boxes, equipment, and materials while maintaining order and cleanliness of the space. Asset Control Area Provide support in inventorying company assets. Register, update, and validate asset information on platforms such as Excel, RFID, SharePoint, and Piszis. Support updating asset status within control systems. Contribute to accurate traceability and safeguarding of technological assets. Logistics Area Support coordination of remote work equipment shipments and pickups. Assist communication with agents, logistics providers, and internal departments such as IT, Operations, and Human Resources. Create and update records of services performed on platforms such as WeTrack, SharePoint, Excel, and provider systems. Monitor issues reported by providers or agents during equipment delivery and collection processes. Support other logistics area activities as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Must be a student in the productive stage of AUXILIARY IN CARGO PREPARATION, TECHNICIAN IN LOGISTICS OPERATIONS INTEGRATION, or related programs. Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract. Must hold authorization from your training center to begin internship activities.
