




Position Summary: Labor Management Coordinator responsible for guiding apprentices, managing alliances with companies and employment services, and strengthening civil society. Key Responsibilities: 1. Orientation and referral of apprentices for internships. 2. Management of alliances with the public employment service. 3. Linking with companies for employment contracting and placement. LABOR MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR ● Attend to and register apprentices, and carry out the orientation, profiling, and referral process toward various internship alternatives. ● Manage alliances with the public employment service to implement the employability pathway. ● Establish links with companies enabling the legal hiring of individuals enrolled in the program. ● Build relationships with social sectors, private and public organizations to broaden service coverage and employment placement opportunities for users/job seekers. ● Contribute to achieving established targets according to defined parameters and guidelines. ● Guide students on where, what, and how they can apply their acquired knowledge. ● Conduct follow-up and monitoring of students during their productive stage and of IETDH graduates. ● Carry out control and administration of service satisfaction surveys. ● Promote civic participation and strengthen civil society based on labor legislation. Position: LABOR MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR Salary:1\.750\.905 plus benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., as required. Experience: 6 months Education: Technology degree, technical diploma, or professional degree in Humanities / Social Sciences / Applied or Technical Sciences / Administrative Sciences Workplace: On-site employment
