This position offers the opportunity to influence and manage our cloud environment, focusing on automation, stability, and scalability. You will work closely with technical teams to promote best practices and drive ongoing enhancements. **Responsibilities** * Develop and deploy automation frameworks using Terraform or CloudFormation for managing AWS resources * Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery and configuration processes * Implement monitoring and alerting tools to boost system visibility and support proactive incident handling * Lead technical teams in organizing tasks, defining acceptance requirements, and solving technical issues * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing * Automate governance processes such as security, tagging, and cost control to enhance engineering efficiency **Requirements** * At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering supporting complex production systems * Deep familiarity with AWS services including VPC, IAM, S3, and EC2, with expertise in compute and networking * Proficient in creating, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for reliable software deployment * Strong background in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/EKS * Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and state management using Terraform * High proficiency in scripting languages, especially Python, for automation and custom development * Experience with cloud governance, cost management, and security best practices * Excellent communication skills for producing technical documentation and collaborating across teams * Ability to design and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes environments * Comprehensive knowledge of building and optimizing Docker container images * English language skills at B2\+ level or above, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Experience deploying and managing AWS templates with CloudFormation * Knowledge of Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) * Strong understanding of Linux systems for troubleshooting and administration * Familiarity with observability and diagnostic techniques in distributed systems * Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for advanced automation * Experience with monitoring platforms like Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana for system analytics and health
