Professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Experience: At least two (2) years leading projects or in related roles (Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Technical Leader, among others). At least one (1) year of specific experience in fiber optic projects, neutral networks, GPON networks, OLT, ODF, splicing, measurements, installation, and other associated components. Technical Competencies * Comprehensive project management based on best practices (PMI or other methodologies). * Project planning, monitoring, and control. * Management of costs, timelines, quality, and risks. * Documentation methodologies, change control, and performance indicator (KPI) management. * Solid knowledge of fiber optics, including infrastructure, components, deployment, testing, regulations, and maintenance.
