At PROCTEK S.A.S., we are looking for a Mechanical Technical Assistant to support mechanical assembly activities, component installation, and preparation on-site for Engineering projects. We seek reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong safety focus who enjoy hands-on work and wish to grow within an industrial environment. Your Role Responsibilities: Support on-site assembly of structures, equipment, and piping. Perform equipment assembly in workshops or on-site, as required by the project. Install metallic support profiles and accessories. Perform cutting, cleaning, and polishing of structures and/or piping. Support painting and blasting activities where applicable. What We Require From You: Technical/technological education in industrial fields, processes, production, logistics, electrical/electronics, or related disciplines (equivalent to high school diploma plus relevant experience). Minimum experience: 6 months or more in similar roles. Basic knowledge of mechanical and hand tools (e.g., grinders, motor tools, etc.). Working at heights (advanced certification or refresher training) – Desirable. Key competencies: teamwork, proactivity, compliance, and attention to detail. Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday (legal working hours), with availability for overtime and Sunday work as required by operations/projects. Workplace: Paipa, Boyaca.
