### **Description**
Support the organization’s accounting, financial, and administrative activities by contributing to the timely and reliable recording, control, and analysis of accounting information in accordance with current regulations and the company’s internal policies, thereby strengthening technical and professional development in the accounting field.### **Key Responsibilities**
Support the registration and accounting of accounting documents such as invoices, disbursement vouchers, cash receipts, and accounting memos.
Organize, archive, and safeguard accounting and financial documentation.
Support the reconciliation of accounting and bank accounts.
Verify the consistency and completeness of required accounting supporting documents for financial records.
Assist in the preparation and updating of accounting and financial reports.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Track the receipt, review, and registration of supplier invoices.
Support the preparation and validation of tax and financial reports when required.
Contribute to the control and updating of the organization’s financial databases and information.
Participate in monthly and annual accounting closing activities.
Support internal and external audit requests related to accounting information.
Monitor compliance with financial area procedures, policies, and internal controls.
Handle the company’s financial and accounting information confidentially.
Comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements for the organization.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the training process and departmental needs.### **About Franklin Electric**
