Multichannel customer service and preparation of operational reports Job Description: We are seeking our next Logistics Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating the installation, uninstallation, delivery, and recovery of satellite units in our clients' logistics operations. Main Responsibilities: Coordination of installation, uninstallation, delivery, and recovery of satellite units. Customer service and management via the Satlock platform. Appointment validation and service request management. Escalation of incidents and case follow-up. Preparation and delivery of operational reports. Proficiency with office productivity tools. Customer service across communication channels: WhatsApp, email, and telephone calls. Working Hours: Rotating shifts. One day off per week. Employment Conditions: Salary: $1.750.905 Transportation allowance: $249.095 Work Location: Bogota No intra-city travel required.
