The position leads development projects and is involved in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post\-implementation support. It is responsible for ensuring technical quality, maintaining and optimizing existing systems, and delivering scalable business solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on **Visual Basic expertise**, as this skill is key for maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing existing business\-critical applications. The role also requires strong experience in APIs, relational databases, and software engineering best practices within collaborative environments.
