Professional development opportunities GENERAL INJECTION TECHNICIAN We are seeking an injection technician in the plastics sector to effectively and accurately develop the injection process, ensuring proper operation, with experience in commissioning new machines, molds, and other auxiliary equipment for the process. Responsibilities Dismantling, assembling, and parameterizing molds on plastic injection molding machines Commissioning injection molding machines by adjusting parameters to optimize the production process. Controlling the quality of finished products. Ensuring the correct combination of raw materials (plastic), colorants, and additives. Supporting maintenance and repair activities. Performing material organization procedures. Operating and controlling peripherals and auxiliary equipment (hoppers, mixers, grinders, etc.) * When necessary, the candidate must operate and/or support plastic injection molding machine operations. Requirements Technical or technological degree in Plastic Injection, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection processes. Additional training: Basic knowledge of electricity, plastic injection processes, plastic resin blending, mold assembly, mold alignment and machine maintenance, production timing control, scale operation, material knowledge, and manufacturing processes.
