Position Summary: Coordinate vehicle fleet programming and tracking, ensuring collection compliance and effective communication with customers and drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Junior Transportation Analyst Programmer Location: Mosquera, Cundinamarca Salary: $1.981.512 Rolling Fund: $224.398 Education: Technical or Technological degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in transportation programming, logistics, or fleet tracking. Key Responsibilities: Program the vehicle fleet according to customer collection requests. Coordinate and communicate the daily schedule to in-house and contracted drivers. Perform satellite and telephone tracking of vehicles en route. Monitor collection compliance and report service indicators. Maintain constant communication with customers and coordinators to inform operational updates. Record and update transportation operation information. Coordinate and monitor routes, vehicle availability, and inventories. Keep the driver and contracted fleet database up to date. Request and evaluate transportation service quotations. Manage the petty cash assigned to the process. Prepare domestic manifests on the RNDC platform of the Ministry of Transport. Support activities required by the transportation department.
