E.S.P. requires a personnel supervisor to lead the BTS project operations, ensuring proper execution of activities and compliance with service objectives. - Requirements: * High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a road maintenance supervisor and personnel management. - Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate field operational staff activities * Supervise compliance with work schedules * Guarantee safety, quality, and efficiency in operations * Support project management planning and reporting - Conditions: * Salary: $ 1.860.000 + Transportation allowance + Benefits * Project-based or labor contract. * Benefits: Employee fund. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM; Saturdays, 7 AM to 11 AM.
