Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of materials, including receipt, inventory, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receipt and dispatch of raw materials and products. 2. Conducts periodic inventories and proper storage. 3. Operates specialized equipment such as forklifts. · Inspect and report shortages and damages found in raw materials and packaging. · Ensure correct placement of raw materials and packaging. · Receive, handle, and dispense packaging and container materials prior to Quality Control approval. · Verify that each packaging material, container, and raw material bears an "APPROVED" or "ACCEPTED" label; otherwise, immediately notify Quality Control to affix a new label. · Receive finished products from production and place them correctly. · Conduct periodic inventories of packaging and container materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products. · Store materials appropriately. · Perform duties directly or indirectly related to this position, or as assigned by Technical Management and General Management based on company needs. · Dispatch finished products properly to customers or freight carriers. · Accurately record container material receipts using SIIGO system document E4, considering reference, warehouse, customer, and quantities. · Accurately record finished product dispatches \- delivered to customers \- using SIIGO system document Z, considering reference, warehouse, customer, and quantities. · Receive raw materials and/or production inputs. · Place raw materials correctly in the quarantine area. Operate specialized equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic loaders to receive, deliver, and arrange goods in the warehouse.
