Help shape the future of specialty ingredient solutions Position Details **Job Title:** Warehouse Operator / Counterbalance Forklift Driver **Location:** Mosquera, Cundinamarca **Work Mode:** On-site About the Role We are looking for a Warehouse Operator/Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our operation in Mosquera, Cundinamarca. The candidate will be responsible for performing storage, picking, packing, blending, loading, and unloading of materials, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and operational standards. The position requires experience operating narrow-aisle or double-deep / electric counterbalance forklifts, as well as a proactive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and ability to work collaboratively in operational and logistics environments. Key Responsibilities Execute receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching processes for materials. Safely and efficiently operate counterbalance forklifts and elevating equipment. Perform material and product loading and unloading in accordance with safety procedures. Carry out blending and packaging activities per production orders. Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse. Support physical inventory counting and control. Verify quality and safety conditions of received materials. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of tools and equipment. Report unsafe conditions, operational failures, or deviations identified during operations. Comply with industrial safety, occupational health, and good warehousing practices guidelines. Valid forklift operator certification (preferred) Experience operating counterbalance forklifts and elevating equipment. Availability to work some Saturdays based on operational needs.
