Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Film Distribution Analyst to provide strategic support to the administrative, financial, and logistical processes of the Distribution department within the film industry. Comprehensive support to the Distribution Management team for projects and film releases We seek a Distribution Analyst passionate about cinema who wishes to join the film industry and strategically support the administrative, financial, and logistical processes of the Distribution department. On-site work mode in Bogotá. Bilingual professional (conversational English); a third language is desirable. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business, Cultural Management, or related fields, with interest or experience in the film, cultural, or entertainment sector. Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions (including professional internships), ideally within cultural or audiovisual industries. Key Responsibilities: Customer management, billing, and accounts receivable tracking Expense control and vendor relationship management Support in accounting closings and financial monitoring Preparation of P&L comparisons and analysis per film Support in budget planning and control for the department Coordination with exhibition channels and content promotion Campaign tracking and execution of launch strategies Logistical supervision of nationwide film distribution Comprehensive support to the Distribution Management team for projects and film releases Required Knowledge: Bilingual English (preferably 100%) Proficiency in Excel Data analysis and information database management Basic knowledge of audiovisual editing and social media Interest in and appreciation for cinema. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree years of experience Languages: English Keywords: analyst, distribution, distribucion
