A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for convenient access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflow and outflow for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; having personal transportation is essential.
