Requirements: Technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in ICT management; experience in first-level technical support. Responsibilities: Handle and manage first-level incidents and service requests using the GLPI tool, in accordance with ITIL processes. Register, categorize, prioritize, and track assigned tickets, ensuring complete and traceable information. Meet defined SLAs for the service desk. Escalate cases exceeding their level of authority in a timely manner. Provide technical support to users for: Computing equipment.
