Job Summary: A major multinational company is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) apprentice with Office software proficiency to support general administration, system monitoring, report preparation, and logistics management. A major multinational company requires an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) apprentice who must possess Office software skills, a service-oriented attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, passion for learning, integrity, and respectfulness. The apprentice will perform duties including: 1) National-level general administration of supplies. 2) Monitoring activities within the system (inflows and outflows), executed within the timeframe established by the company (CEDI spare parts warehouse). 3) Preparation of monthly reports on the transportation provider and supplies for decision-making purposes (month-to-month comparisons), invoicing, among others. 4) Preparation of weekly reports on goods in transit. 5) Monitoring of the transportation provider’s shipments related to damages and/or loss of goods. (Photographic documentation of 100% of shipments generated at the CEDI). 6) Implementation and continuity of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SASSO). · -Monthly sustainability support: Lective phase – 75% of the Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMMLV), plus occupational health and safety insurance coverage -Monthly sustainability support: Productive phase – 100% of the Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMMLV), plus occupational risk insurance and comprehensive social security coverage (pension and health) as per applicable regulations -Requirements: Must be endorsed by SENA for internship execution* -No prior apprenticeship contract. -No prior experience required. -Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education years of experience Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee, tecnico, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, logistics, logistica
