Job Summary: A major fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company is seeking a Logistics Development Analyst to analyze operational data, implement improvements in logistics processes, and contribute to efficiency, cost control, and service level. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects 2. Develop logistics performance dashboards and reports 3. Analyze distribution routes, delivery times, and operational efficiency A leading company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is looking for a Logistics Development Analyst responsible for analyzing operational information and supporting the implementation of improvements in logistics processes, thereby contributing to efficiency, cost control, and service level. Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields Experience: 1–2 years in logistics or operations areas Preferred experience in FMCG or high-turnover distribution centers. Main Responsibilities: Support the implementation of continuous improvement and operational standardization projects Configure and maintain item and package master data in WMS Develop logistics performance dashboards and reports Analyze distribution routes, delivery times, and operational efficiency Identify inventory discrepancies and propose action plans Measure and monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., On-Time In-Full [OTIF], Fill Rate, productivity, freight costs, returns, inventory turnover, etc.) Technical Knowledge: Logistics KPIs and data analysis Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables; macros preferred) ERP and WMS systems FMCG logistics processes Continuous improvement methodologies Salary: $2,100,000+ BNS $215,000 Direct contract with the company.
