A prominent company in the transportation sector is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work in SIBERIA, a professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising logistics operations, ensuring delivery time compliance, resource optimization, and service quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience coordinating transportation operations. Proven experience managing drivers and controlling fleet. Knowledge of transportation operations (e.g., transit times, contingency management). Advanced intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily transportation operations. Schedule routes and assign drivers. Monitor delivery compliance and adherence to scheduled timelines. Track operational issues and implement timely solutions. Prepare management reports and KPIs using office tools (especially Excel). Ensure proper use of resources and operational efficiency. Customer communication and negotiation: Serve as the primary contact point for customer relationship management, ensuring smooth and efficient communication, negotiation of terms, and incident resolution. Service performance indicator management: Monitor and analyze performance indicators to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and propose improvement actions. Driver management: Supervise and coordinate driver activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as optimization of routes and delivery times. Driver training and guidance: Identify training needs for driving personnel, design and coordinate training and development programs, and provide ongoing guidance to improve performance and safety.
