




A prominent company in the **construction sector** is seeking an **Accounting and Administrative Assistant**, a responsible, organized individual with an excellent service-oriented attitude to support the company’s accounting and administrative processes. **Main responsibilities** * Recording and tracking purchase invoices. * Supporting accrual and accounting reconciliation processes. * Managing and recording petty cash, as well as preparing reports. * Payroll reconciliation. * Assisting with general administrative tasks specific to the department. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **University degree or technical program** in accounting, administration, or related fields. * Minimum experience: **3 years** in similar positions. * Language: **Spanish**. * Knowledge and competencies: * Accounting and invoicing * Vendor management * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability * Basic writing skills * Proficiency in administrative systems * Teamwork and results orientation **Desired profile** We seek a proactive, committed individual with collaborative work skills and a focus on achieving objectives.
