**Line Designer** Company: Manufacturas Rical Department: Product Design and Development Employment Type: Permanent Work Schedule: Full-time **Job Objective:** Develop leather goods aligned with the company’s defined design guidelines, actively participating in the creation of collections and customer-specific product developments, with a medium level of autonomy, ensuring quality, aesthetic consistency, and production feasibility. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Design leather goods following established collection guidelines and briefs. * Participate in the development of collections and new products, from conceptualization through to production validation. * Adapt designs according to the specific requirements of different clients. * Prepare technical specifications, pattern layouts, and other documentation required for production. * Monitor prototype development and implement design adjustments per defined guidelines. * Coordinate with production, pattern-making, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate interpretation of the design. * Meet assigned design timelines and promptly report any deviations. * Ensure compliance with the company’s established design and quality standards. * Support the Design Lead in specific collection development tasks. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in leather goods or related products. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or CorelDRAW. * Ability to interpret briefs, design guidelines, and client requirements. * Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. * Capacity to work with medium-level autonomy and accept feedback. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual. * Desired Knowledge and Skills (Plus): * Experience with 3D design tools applied to product development. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Calígola software. * Familiarity with leather goods materials and production processes. **Offered Conditions:** * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time work schedule. * Job stability. * Opportunities for advancement into senior or leadership roles.
