At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses connected from 41 countries, doing what they are passionate about and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and attributions** * Graduate professional in **Systems Engineering**, **Computer Science**, **Telecommunications** or related fields to the IT sector * Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience as a **QA Tester**. * Proven experience in web application testing (financial domain is a plus). **Technical Skills**: * Experience in test automation (Frontend and Backend) using tools such as **Selenium**, **Cypress**, **Appium**, **JUnit or** similar. * Experience with API testing using tools like **Postman**, **SoapUI** or similar. * Experience with **SQL** queries and database validation. * Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, efficiency, load, and stress) * Knowledge of **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and use of tools such as **Azure DevOps**, **JIRA or Similar**. * Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the **ISTQB testing model**. (Plus ISTQB certification (testing methodology)). **Soft Skills**: * Strong analytical skills and ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Attention to detail to detect errors that could affect user experience or system integrity. * Effective communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to work in agile teams and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. * Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changes and challenges. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience as a QA Automation Tester or similar position. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. * Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
