An open and collaborative work environment for growth. **Warehouse Assistant** **About the Role** Ensure the proper handling and storage of materials arriving at the warehouse to comply with quality procedures and standards, as well as their rotation. This role is essential to ensure continuous availability of inputs on the production line, avoiding delays and contributing to the achievement of operational objectives. It involves maintaining order, cleanliness, and traceability of materials, applying efficient classification criteria. Additionally, it requires a proactive attitude to identify improvements in logistics processes, collaborate with other departments, and comply with the organization’s safety, quality, and sustainability standards. **Your Responsibilities** * Receive materials promptly and enter them into the system. * Classify and organize materials in the warehouse, always ensuring order and material integrity according to departmental guidelines. * Keep inventory up to date by performing physical vs. system verifications. * Maintain required materials for machines to ensure uninterrupted production. * Track production orders. * Implement organizational policies and measures necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and assets under your responsibility, as well as compliance with quality and environmental protection standards established by legislation, regulations, and applicable best practices. **Who We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Technical degree in Logistics, Production, Systems, Administration, Quality and Productivity, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related areas, including forklift operation and knowledge of SAP and WMS. * **Competencies:** Certification in competencies and forklift operator certification is required. **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-Being—gives meaning to everything we do.
