This person will support food production, preparation, and service processes, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Location: Medellín, Antioquia Conditions: Contract type: Fixed-term employment contract Salary: COP 1,750,905 + Transportation allowance Work modality: On-site Responsibilities Support mise en place organization Prepare raw materials for preparations Assist in food preparation (cold and hot kitchen) Assist in buffet, banquet, and event services Support dish preparation from the menu under supervision Operate kitchen equipment (turning on, using, and turning off) Clean utensils and maintain kitchen order Monitor inventory of required supplies Comply with GMP, OSH, and quality standards Support proper waste disposal Follow established procedures (SOPs and quality management system) Requirements Education: High school diploma Valid GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification Experience: 6 months to 1 year in kitchen or food and beverage operations Learning attitude, teamwork, and commitment Benefits Transportation route from two metro stations.
