We seek individuals with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Responsibilities: Perform segregation, classification, preparation, and separation of materials Start up and shut down equipment Feed conveyor belts with materials suitable for the process Prepare materials for dispatch to managers Clean equipment Compact shredded materials Operate forklifts and/or miniloaders (only if certified and competent to do so) Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in equipment cleaning, material preparation, and warehouse organization Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Overtime premiums Work schedule: Two shift types — rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
