Responsible for research and development An industrial-sector company based in Medellín is seeking a professional in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with experience in the cosmetics industry to lead regulatory and technical processes before INVIMA, ensuring compliance with GMP and current regulations. The candidate will be responsible for document management, approval of technical specifications, supervision of production processes, research and development, as well as preparation of strategic reports for management. Leadership, analytical thinking, organizational skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement are required.
