Extra-legal bonus A reputable company engaged in the production and marketing of plastic products is seeking a Technical or Technologist Billing Analyst in administrative, accounting, financial, or related fields, with knowledge of billing processes, proficiency in office tools and administrative systems, responsible for: Preparing and issuing sales invoices while verifying compliance with commercial, accounting, and tax requirements. Validating purchase orders, delivery notes, prices, discounts, and taxes to ensure billing accuracy. Managing credit notes, debit notes, and corrections arising from inconsistencies in the process. Maintaining up-to-date billing-related information and documentation in the company's systems. Tracking rejected or pending invoices and addressing internal and external customer requests.
