Maintenance Mechanic

We are proud to provide high-quality glass packaging for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. **Job Description** **Purpose:** Carry out tasks, inspections, and activities specified in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, as well as emergency actions to ensure proper operation of various machines and systems in the plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, tools, and equipment in assigned areas, both on-site and in the workshop. * Analyze and interpret information from blueprints and catalogs to carry out proper repairs on machines, systems, and tools. * Prepare written reports on inspections, identifying anomalies and documenting repairs performed on systems or machines. * Complete paperwork to request materials. * Maintain work areas and equipment in good safety and cleanliness conditions. * Perform non-specialized oxy-acetylene and electric welding tasks for maintenance and assembly jobs requiring minor welds. **Requirements** **Education and Experience:** Technician in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or related fields **Work Experience** Minimum of one (1\) year performing related or similar roles in maintenance areas within production plants. **Specific Job Knowledge:** Handling and use of tools * Knowledge of metrology * Blueprint interpretation * Basic knowledge of Office software * Knowledge and operation of machine tools (lathe, drilling machine, and grinder) * Basic welding knowledge * Operation of welding machines, oxy-acetylene equipment, and grinders **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
