Present data and strategic recommendations to senior audiences to influence key decisions. **What you'll need*** 10\+ years of experience in strategy, pricing, business intelligence, program management, or advanced analytics. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of solving complex problems. * Experience building and executing tech or product roadmaps. * Excellent business judgment and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations. * Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate cross\-functional teams. * Advanced English fluency and confidence presenting complex ideas to senior audiences. * Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in fast\-paced, evolving environments. **Bonus points*** Experience with AI tools, data visualization, and coding languages such as SQL or Python. * Familiarity with statistical modeling, experimental design, and A/B testing. * Experience deploying algorithms in real\-time systems (Hive or Spark proficiency is a plus). * Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.
